Cottonmouth Press is a little project shared by several current and former Southern journalists and their colleagues and friends. We’re blue-state thinkers stuck in red states, doing what we can to purple things up a bit. Down the road, perhaps you’ll see more original reporting on these pages - we can dream, can’t we?
